Type 26CF

Type 26CF
The G.R.A.S. ½-inch Preamplifier Type 26CF is for connection to G.R.A.S. CCP1 input channels, e.g. see Type 12AL. It has a standard BNC output connector and is for use with prepolarised microphones. It is delivered without a cable.
It also has two flush-mounted switches for selecting various combinations of gain and filtering, i.e.:
Gain switch settings:
  • 0dB - for normal microphone signals.
  • +20dB - for boosting weak microphone signals.
Filter switch settings:
  • A-Weighting - as required in standard measurements.
  • Linear - to let the microphone signal pass unfiltered.
  • High-pass - to cut off unwanted low frequencies
The Type 26CF can be used with the following ½" G.R.A.S. prepolarised microphones:
  • Type 40AE
  • Type 40AD
  • Type 40AO
  • Type 40AQ
And with the following ¼" G.R.A.S. prepolarised microphones using the Adapter RA0019:
  • Type 40BE
  • Type 40BD
